CLASS SNACKS
Many parents have already signed up for our snack rotation. We currently have
20 students enrolled. Please send snacks that do not require spoons, etc. It
needs to be individually wrapped and disposable. If you have a picky eater, you are welcome to bring their own healthy snacks and water bottles for snack time. Examples of good snacks that past students have brought are packets of Goldfish crackers, cheese & cracker packets, and granola bars. Candy, sodas, juice, sugary, and messy snacks are not permitted in class. A good snack helps get them through the long afternoon hours.
Snacks should be factory wrapped with ingredients labeled. Individually wrapped is preferred. (I cannot accept baggies of snacks you bagged yourself to pass out to other children. I wish I could, but we must be able to check ingredients list.) If you send a big bag of snacks to be divided, please send small disposable bowls or plates. No peanut products, candy or sticky products will be accepted.
Please make sure your child can manage openning their water bottles and snacks themselves. Please send water bottles that don't leak. Please send only water, as sticky drinks make messes and can attract bugs.
Please keep in mind refrigeration is not available.
